VINA 1.2.7, SEED 42

Check a molecule

Paste a SMILES string. The filters run in your browser on RDKit's WebAssembly build, the same release as the verifier, so a molecule they refuse is refused here at once. Where the verifier is installed, Meeko then prepares a conformer embedded at seed 42 and AutoDock Vina 1.2.7 docks it into the pocket's published box, at six threads against one at settlement, which does not change the number. Where it is not, the score comes from the keeper after you submit.

Nothing here touches a wallet and nothing here claims a bounty. A docking score is a proxy for binding, not a measurement of it, and it is gameable; the filter table beside the score is what tells you whether the molecule is still drug-like.
