2026-10-12Submitting works from the site with a browser wallet. The filters run in the browser on RDKit 2026.09.1 compiled to WebAssembly and agree with the verifier on 10,029 molecules, the PAINS test set included. The reveal is a Memo now, and the keeper reads reveals from the chain every 20 seconds and answers with verifying, void, rejected or the settlement.
2026-10-11The verifier runs end to end: RDKit filters, novelty by canonical SMILES and InChIKey skeleton, Meeko preparation, Vina 1.2.7 at seed 42. Donepezil re-docked into 4EY7 returns -12.497 five times at exhaustiveness 8, identical across one and six threads.
2026-10-11The launch set is built from live calls: Open Targets associations, UniProt accessions, RCSB X-ray entries at 2.5 A or better, the pocket ligand taken from the structure itself with a published additive blocklist.
